Cellar Dweller - Maple EP [PLANET013]

Maple EP was conceived and written during a stay in a mental health ward at the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield by producer Cellar Dweller. It aims to musically mimic psychotic mind states, the tranquillized semi-slumber and the limited spatial environments that characterise the Maple ward.

Drawing influences from such artists as Brian Eno, David Bowie and Laurent Garnier, the result is often disturbing, sometimes uplifting and deeply moving as it takes the listener through a series of very intense and often beautiful music.

1. Maple

3. Sunlight on the Smoking Shelter
